Amy Kubler, FNP-C
Nurse Practitioner
Amy opened A Family Care Clinic in September 2021. AFCC is a nurse practitioner owned and run practice. With 15 years of nursing/nurse practitioner experience Amy has a wealth of knowledge and skill in providing patient focused quality healthcare of all her patients. Amy says “Every day, in every patient interaction I strive to make a difference, large or small. The overall health and well-being of my patients is my top priority. I want each patient to walk into the office knowing they will receive the best care and walk out feeling that their needs have been met.”
Amy has a very comprehensive background in a variety of medical settings with her passion residing in primary care. She has a BA in Spanish from James Madison University (2004), a BS in nursing from Eastern Mennonite University (2006) and a MSN in Nursing from Kaplan University (2017).
Amy is married to Randy with whom she shares 5 beautiful children, Ashley, Zachary, Haley, Emily and Katy. Amy’s family welcomed her granddaughter Madison in March 2021 as well. She has two golden retrievers Annie and Oakley who keep her on her toes. In her spare time Amy likes to read, cook, craft, get pedicures with her mother, garden with her father and spend time with her family.

Hi! I'm Jodi and I'm really excited to be a part of A Family Care Clinic. I bring with me over 20 years of Healthcare experience. I've worked in Inpatient, Outpatient Surgical, and Emergency Medicine. I look forward to getting to know and meeting the needs of Amy's patients. My hearts desire is to always provide excellent patient care and I can't wait to do that in this office setting.
I have lived in the Shenandoah Valley my entire life and love it here. I've been married to my husband, Tim for 17 years. In our spare time we love to go camping and travel to new places. I'm also a Lifetime Member of Grottoes Rescue Squad.
I can't wait to meet you all very soon!
Joanne Wade

Welcome Joanne Marie Wade. Or Jo as we call her! Jo started at A Family Care Clinic in September 2021 as the receptionist. Jo says “I truly enjoy making a difference, just a simple smile, or a kind word. Making connections with every patient to make them feel comfortable and safe is my top priority. I strive to build trust with each and everyone of our patients.”
Jo has a background in medical office administration, CNA, psychiatric nursing assistant, and cardiology.
On her days off she enjoys spending time with her daughters Ashley & Mckenzi and her Mom as well as baking (amazing cake pops) crafts (the cutest gnomes!) traveling, and decorating.
Taylor Warner

Hi! I’m Taylor and super excited to become part of the team! I have 6 years of health care experience, from nursing home, assisted living, to a cardiac ICU to outpatient OBGYN. I love to work with patients and make them feel like they are heard and well taken care of. My goal is to always make coming to A Family Care Clinic not feel like a regular doctors appointment more like a visit with someone familiar. I can’t wait to meet everyone!
I have been with my husband,Blake, for 6 years. We have two sweet boys,Waylon & Mikey. In my spare time I love to be outdoors with my boys soaking up all the memories I can with them.
